New build energy efficient house

We are due to submit to the Local Authority a new scheme, to demolish an existing bungalow and replace it with an energy efficient two storey dwelling.

The scheme will comprise 3 bedrooms, a large living room, ground floor shower room, utility, dining room and spacious kitchen with dining room to the rear.

Our focus is to create a house that requires very little heat, will have underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and will provide a quality dwelling for the future on the outskirts of York.
