Period cottage sun room extension and landscaping proposals for covered courtyard

A beautiful cottage located in a national park has recently been extended to incorporate a new sunroom, garden enclosure, modern garden room and stylish landscaping.
Works started in December 2019 and are due for completion in March 2020.

 Single storey rear extension to existing detached dwelling in Thirsk. To comprise large terrace and canopy with cantilevered roof and corner glazing to connect open plan kitchen dining space to rear garden. With large South facing terrace the roof canopy will be used to create a covered space during the winter months, but also to prevent excessive solar gain to the interior during the summer months. This project is currently out to tender and we plan to start on site this year.
