Period cottage sun room extension and landscaping proposals for covered courtyard

A beautiful cottage located in a national park has recently been extended to incorporate a new sunroom, garden enclosure, modern garden room and stylish landscaping.
Works started in December 2019 and are due for completion in March 2020.

It has allowed us to demonstrate to our clients how important it is to ensure that your agent really does liaise on your behalf, by updating and keeping our clients in the loop when it comes to the decision process. We have helped turn around a nightmare situation for one particular client, who was living on a building site and had to bring works to a halt when unfortunately their dream scheme, developed by another designer, was refused Planning Permission part way through works on site.
