Feasibility and Concepts

FEASIBILITY – STAGE 1 AND 2

When we first meet we take an initial brief.
We use this to help you, and forming this into a written document ensures we understand your requirements.

We listen carefully—letting you explain your requirements, obtaining as much information as we can when we first meet, but adding to this as our ideas progress.

Depending on the size of the project we may suggest an outline survey undertaken by us, or we will refer you to a specialist consultant for a more detailed survey if the scheme warrants it.

We rely on your involvement in the process, engaging with the scheme, asking questions, understanding the information we present, and this usually involves three very different proposals with the aim to test your brief and further develop your requirements.

The outcome of this stage is the Final Feasibility proposals, these are preliminary schemes that will be progressed at the next stage.

We have helped turn around a nightmare situation for one particular client, who was living on a building site and had to bring works to a halt when unfortunately their dream scheme, developed by another designer, was refused Planning Permission part way through works on site.
